Properties featured on the Rent.com site pay a fee only when their Rent.com advertisement results in a lease. When a renter reports their lease at one of those properties to them, they know to contact that property to collect the advertising fee. So for those properties, they reward renters for telling them about their lease by offering a $100 prepaid Visa® debit card. 1. Find a property on Rent.com that features the $100 Reward Card. 2. Tell the leasing office you found the property on "Rent.com." 3. Report your lease to Rent.com online. 4. Receive your $100 prepaid Visa® debit card in the mail. The best part is that this is totally true. They actually follow up on their offer. It took several weeks but I got my reward in the mail. The card expires pretty soon, so you have to use it quickly but it is a nice little reward for almost no effort on my part. Thanks, Rent.com!
