Thom looks like a wild man. The beard needs to go. The vocal trick with the two mics is sweet though! Probably the tightest performance of this song I've seen. Seemed to be a little feedback at points which I think annoyed Thom and stopped him really getting into it. Can't wait for the studio version! Video below is from the Big Chill performance.
